Gerri Knilans, President

Gerri has a diverse professional background with more than 40 years’ experience as a sales and marketing expert, entrepreneur, consultant, and educator. Gerri sets the vision for Trade Press Services and uses her wealth of experience to develop innovative and impactful marketing solutions for clients. Gerri has been recognized as a top marketing communications professional by ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and performed post-graduate work at Loyola University.

Laura EckhardtLaura Eckhardt, Special Projects

Laura has more than 25 years’ experience in business writing and grant development and joined Trade Press Services in 2001. In addition to overseeing special projects on behalf of clients, Laura coordinates social-media initiatives, provides operations support and develops content for clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Health from San Diego State University.

Jamie PagettJamie Pagett, Content Strategy

Jamie has a professional background that spans two decades in marketing, communications, public relations, writing and editing, and joined Trade Press Services in 2012. In addition to providing various client services and support, Jamie coordinates external marketing efforts and oversees a variety of special projects, including writing, design and marketing-support services. Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Stephens College.

Winslow Schmelling, Business Development

Winslow brings a multi-faceted background and deep understanding of global culture to her role in business development. A results-driven strategist, she expertly develops relationships with prospective clients while contributing her research, writing and social-media skills to the Trade Press Services blog and marketing programs. Winslow joined Trade Press Services in 2017. She is multilingual, speaking Spanish, German and Chinese. Winslow has a bachelor’s degree in modern languages from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in creative writing.

Gloria Escover, Editorial Services

Gloria has an extensive background in entrepreneurship, education, health and wellness. In addition to developing business relationships with prospective clients, she identifies editorial opportunities for clients. Gloria joined Trade Press Services in 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in radio, television and film from California State University, Long Beach, and performed post-graduate work in film production at Humboldt State University.
